Vitabiotics Pregnacare Breast-feeding is a dietary supplement intended for new breastfeeding mothers.
The formula includes a multivitamin preparation rich in calcium, vitamins and minerals as well as capsules with omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary for the period of breastfeeding. Meeting nutritional needs during breastfeeding is very important as breast milk is the only source of nutrients for the baby both for its skeletal and mental development and to strengthen its immune system. In addition, it strengthens the mother’s body to avoid nutritional deficiencies.
Pregnacare Breast-feeding capsules provide 600mg of high purity fish oil, which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA). According to studies, DHA contributes to the healthy development of the baby’s eyes and brain, and EPA helps maintain optimal brain and nervous system function. Omega-3 fatty acids also benefit the mother as they contribute to the health of her cardiovascular system.
