Description
Now Saw Palmetto 550 mg contains the concentrated extract of the fruit of the tree that prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, and is known to cause prostate enlargement (benign hyperplasia).
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Herbal Medicine Committee (HMPC) have approved the use of saw palmetto as a traditional herbal remedy for the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty urinating or frequent urination.
