Delivery Information

Home Delivery – Limassol

Delivery schedule:

Orders placed before 14:00, Monday to Friday, will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered on the next working day.

For orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or Public Holidays, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day.

Same-Day Delivery is applicable to orders placed in Limassol and is free of charge for orders totaling €40 or more. For orders totalling less than €40 euros there is a delivery charge of €4.

Municipalities of: Limassol, Germasogeia, Mesa Geitonia, Agios Athanasios, Polemidia(Pano & Kato), Villages: Pareklissia, Pyrgos, Moni, Ayios Tychonas & Mouttagiaka.

Notes

When you click to view your cart on the “Cart Totals” area all the shipping methods will be displayed.

When you enter your postcode, you will see if we served your area and the option “Same Day Delivery (FREE)” will be available to select.

Delivery All Over Cyprus

Applies for all Cyprus districts and other Limassol territories which are not covered by Bwell Delivery team. We deliver to other cities using the ACS Courier network and to AKIS Express service points across Cyprus.

Estimated Delivery might take up to 2-3 working days (weekends are excluded), depending on the time you have placed the order:

All orders are dispatched the same day except weekends and Public Holidays.

Notes

  • Free Pick-up at ACS Point for orders, totalling €30 and more. For ACS orders below €30 the delivery fee to an ACS point is €3.
  • Free Delivery to an address is available for orders totalling €40 or more. 
  • For ACS orders below €40, the delivery fee to an address is €4.
  • Free Pick-up at AKIS Express points for orders, totalling €30 and more. For orders below €30 the delivery fee to AKIS Express points is €3.

For areas deemed ‘inaccessible,’ there is a fixed charge of €5.

Click & Collect – Bwell Pharmacy

HOW IT WORKS

1 . Where can I Click & Collect?

At Bwell Pharmacy(view location here) at the entrance, there is a station called Click & Collect.

  1. When will my order be ready to collect?

Usually an hour after your order placement. Please note this applies if all products ordered are in stock. If there is something out of stock, a member of our team will contact you via email and/or phone to let you know.

  1. How do I collect my order?

– Bring your order confirmation email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.

– All orders require a signature on collection.

  1. Can’t collect yourself?

If you aren’t able to collect your order yourself, we will ask for the full name of the person collecting the order. All orders require a signature on collection.

  1. Can’t make the date?

We don’t want you to miss out on your order, so we’ll keep your order in store for 4 days. If your order isn’t collected within 4 days, then it will be returned and refunded. 

Parcel Locker Deliveries

Due to the perishable nature of the food supplements and skincare products we offer, extreme temperatures, particularly in hot climates, can significantly affect the quality and safety of these products. If you choose to have your order delivered to a parcel locker, please be aware of the following:

1. Perishability and Risk: The food supplements and skincare products you are purchasing are highly sensitive to temperature variations. Exposure to high temperatures in a parcel locker can cause these products to deteriorate rapidly.

2. Right of Withdrawal: As per the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and our company policy, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. This means that once your order has been delivered to the parcel locker, it cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of whether the product has been damaged due to heat.

3. Customer Responsibility: By proceeding with Parcel Locker delivery method, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the perishable nature of the product. You agree that it is your responsibility to collect the package from the parcel locker as soon as possible to prevent any potential damage due to temperature exposure.

4. No Refunds or Returns: We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been delivered to a parcel locker and have deteriorated due to being left in unsuitable conditions.

Please ensure that you can promptly collect your parcel from the locker to avoid any issues with product quality.

 

Uncollected/ Unable to Deliver Orders:

If our delivery team or third-party courier service is unable to track the address provided. We will try again within the same week( 7 days). If a member of our team is unable to reach you via contact details provided and the order is not yet delivered after 7 days from the date placed, we will cancel the order proceed with a refund and hold a €4 charging fee.

Problems with your order

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your city, please contact us. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.


International Delivery

Unfortunately for the time, we do not offer this option.

Please note that all delivery orders status is subject to stock availability.

Although we are trying our best for our stock to be up to date, sometimes products are out of stock from the supplier. In any case, something from your order is out of stock we will inform you and sort the order delivery accordingly.
