Directions for use of Stérimar Colds Nose Spray
When using for the first time, take a first primer.
For hygiene and humidification of the nasal mucosa: head straight, insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Let the excess solution drain then blow your nose.
For a deeper wash of the nasal cavities: Head tilted to the side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Administer 1 prolonged spray of 2 to 3 seconds. Let the excess solution flow through the other nostril, then blow your nose. 2 to 6 sprays per day. After each use, clean the tip well with hot water and wipe dry.
Composition
Sterimar nose prone to colds is a physiological solution of seawater having a salt concentration similar to that of the cells of the body. Filtered, 100% natural and preservative-free, Stérimar seawater benefits from the recognized properties of marine mineral salts and trace minerals and is enriched with copper. Sea water: 31.82 mL Copper salt pentahydrate Purified water qs 100 mL Aseptically packaged. Nitrogen inert propellant gas: the solution is not in contact with nitrogen.
Precautions for use
