Recommended daily dose:
1 – 6 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)
7 – 12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)

Winter dose:
1 – 6 years: 5ml-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) twice daily
7 – 12 years: 10ml-15ml (2-3 teaspoons daily) twice daily
