Apply a sufficient amount (about 3-5 teaspoons for face and body) before sun exposure. Avoid the area around the eyes Repeat often, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. Reducing the appropriate amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Ideally, keep babies away from direct sunlight. When this is not possible, use sunscreen and wear a hat, blouse and sunglasses. Expose yourself to the sun to a minimum, especially at noon.
