Quercetin is a high-bioflavonoid, found in large quantities in apples and onions. Quercetin is helpful in cases of allergies and inflammation. Solgar’s Quercetin Complex dietary supplement is a combination of quercetin with vitamin C (prepared according to Solgar’s Ester-C Plus patent). It also contains bromelain, wildflower, aserola, and citrate bioflavonoids.
