Description
Solgar VM-Prime for Women is an iron-free multivitamin designed to meet the dietary requirements of 50+ women during menopause. It includes all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements for bone health, and the cardiovascular system and extra soy isoflavones to reduce the symptoms of menopause.
It covers the specialized needs of nutrients, helps to increase the levels of energy by providing wellness. Suitable for:
- Stimulation, energy and fatigue reduction: Vitamins C, B6, B3, B5, magnesium
- The nervous system and normal psychological function: Vitamins B2, B6, B12, B3, B1, B5, C, magnesium, copper, iodine
- The immune system: Vitamins A, B6, B12, D, C, iron, selenium, zinc
- For normal muscle and bone function: Vitamin D, magnesium
- Antioxidant protection: Vitamins B2, E, C, copper, manganese, selenium, zinc

The metals contained in the product are chelated and are manufactured by Albion laboratories according to strict specifications.
Dosage
3 tablets daily.

Preferably to be taken with meals.
Contraindications
During the supplementation, a yellow urine coloring may occur. It is a non-worrying and harmless symptom due to the excretion of mainly vitamin in urine that has natural pigments.
Cautions
It does not contain sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, and conservatives, artificial fragrances or colors are not used during its preparation.
