Description
L-Carnitine Now is a dietary supplement containing the amino acid carnitine in free form. Carnitine is an unnecessary amino acid as it can be synthesized endogenously in the body from lysine and methionine.
Its most well-known metabolic function of carnitine is the transport of long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria of muscle cells, for oxidation.
Each capsule provides 500mg of Carnitine Free Form (supplied by L-Carnitine Tartaric) for maximum absorption and bioavailability.
